What happens to my order if I'm not in when it arrives?
We totally understand that life can get busy, and sometimes you might not be home when your delivery arrives. No worries, we've got a plan in place to ensure you still get your hands on our fabulous unisex baby and kids clothes!
First Attempt: If you're not in when your order is delivered, and you haven't made any alternative arrangements, our friendly delivery team will leave a card for you. This card will provide instructions on how to re-arrange a delivery at a more convenient time.
Re-Arranging Delivery: You can use the information on the card to schedule a new delivery time that works best for you. We want to make sure you receive your order hassle-free!
Failed Delivery Attempts: In the event that multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful and we can't get your order to you, don't worry. Your order will be returned to us. When this happens, we'll issue a full credit to your account for the order (only when we receive your parcel back), minus the delivery charge.
Re-Dispatching: If you'd like us to give it another go and re-dispatch your order, please keep in mind that there will be an additional cost for standard delivery. We're here to help make sure you get your hands on those stylish outfits for your little ones.
Can I track the delivery of my order?
